1. New Teacher Support~Moving to Concurrent Learning
  • Continue to engage in your Pre-Induction/Induction support activities

  • Lean into your Support Provider group to collaborate, create and develop best practices to focus on as you move from Distance Learning to Concurrent Learning

  • Lean into your other support systems: grade level, department teams, credential program peers

  • Reach out to the New Teacher Support Office for additional supports as needed

  • Brainstorm, collaborate and plan with your support groups

  • Reflect and possibly revise/edit your Individual Learning Plan(ILP) goals as you move into quarter 4 in a Concurrent Teaching environment
